Where you have authorized Forge Gates to text you, messages concern the service you requested: inquiry responses, estimate discussions, appointment coordination, and project updates. This is a service-conversation program, not a subscription to promotional campaigns. Message frequency varies with your inquiry or project. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.

Consent to texts is not a condition of purchasing services. You can contact Forge Gates by phone instead. Providing a phone number on its own does not create permission for unrelated marketing. Permission and referral records must cover the customer, Forge Gates contact, and the requested communication.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to the number sending you Forge Gates service texts to stop those messages. For help, contact Forge Gates through the contact page or call the phone number published there. If you change or give up your mobile number, let us know so we can update your contact details.

Home Depot’s own terms and disclosures govern its referral process. These Forge Gates terms do not change the permission you gave to Home Depot or grant additional permission on your behalf.
